How many years Basic Lighting Established?

Basic Lighting started to manufacture decorative lighting in Guzhen in 2018, the founder has been in the decorative lighting field for 18 years, and we have chosen Pendant Lights, Ceiling Lights, Wall Lights, Table Lamps, and Floor Lamps as our key products, since we know it, and we want to develop more splendid lights for interior space.

As a factory located in Guzhen town, there are 4 engineers and 15 workers in our factory, we want to let you know what what we can do for you:

Make new molds for your special lighting products;
There are 500+ decorative lightings in our factory, and we keep posting 3-4 series every month;
Fast Lead time: Normally we supply 10-15 days for orders;
We can accept small orders, from 1pc to 200pcs, quantity is no problem in our factory;
Our team is familiar with LVD, and EMC requirements, we know Class I, and Class II, and the components we use for the lights, are all CE standard;

Can I send you DWG file to Customize?

A DWG file is ok for us, we can customize pendant lights as per your requirement.

Do you have CE/RoHS certificates for products?

Yes, all our products comply with CE, RoHS requirements.

Can I customize Package Labels and Cartons?

We support printing labels for the lights with your logo and specifications. But if the quantity is too small, we suggest using our standard cartons, they are also safe to use.

How to control lighting quality in your factory?

In our factory, there are 4 steps we control the quality:

We choose honest and high-reputation suppliers for the lighting components, such as spinning housing, LED Pcb, Cable, or terminal block, all must with UL or CE certificate;
When the components reach our factory, we will have a 100% inspection process, if we find any faulty products, we arrange to send them back for rework;
After we assembled them in our factory, we age the lights for 8-12 hours, to make sure they are ok to work after installation;
We have worked with SGS, TUV, BV, Waltek, and V-Trust for many years, and their experience also helps us to improve quality;

Can you inspect goods for us?

We can help our partners inspect goods in Guangdong province, we also can help you to arrange container loading and apply customs, if you have many suppliers in China, it is not easy to work with, but we can help you to arrange all shipments for FREE!

What is the LED Brand and Power supply Brand you use?

In Basic Lighting, we use trustworthy suppliers for the LED PCB and Power Supply.

For LED PCB, if COB, we use Original Bridgelux COB; if SMD, we use Original SANAN LED, both of them can supply LM80 test report;

For Power Supply, if DC24V, we prefer to use Meanwell Driver; if CC36V, we prefer to use Philips, Osram, Lifud, Eaglerise, or other famous brands;

Can you paint colors follow RAL or Pantone Booklet?

That's correct, we have a booklet of RAL and Pantone in our factory, you can give us the code no. of RAL or Pantone, and we can arrange to paint the colors as per your requirement, the finish color will be 95-98% the same.

How often you post new products?

We post 3-4 series of decorative lighting each month, we are open-minded to using new materials to make lights.
